Toyota Assembly Breakdown

Hello everyone,
Does anyone have a website that will show the breakdown of key Toyota/Lexus components such as the Inverter and Hybrid Transmission?
I'm after details on sub-components for internals of the Inverter and Transaxle - ideally, part numbers that will enable me to find the OEM data.
Places like https://partsouq.com/ provide the main assemblies (in my case, I'm looking at Inverter G92A0-33020/G92A0-33021 and Transaxles 30900-33030/30900-33040/30900-33050/30900-33051/30900-33053).
Has anyone tried accessing the Toyota Information System (https://techinfo.toyota.com/) to see if that depth of information is available?
