openinverter forum

Hi All,
I have a Tesla GEN 2 Charger with an openinverter v5 board running firmware version 1.06R as shown below:
I have the following issue;
Every time I turn the charger on, the WIFI web interface becomes available, however, I can not see any parameters or check spot values. LED1 on the board does not also flash.

When I press the SW1 RESET button on the board, LED1 starts to flash and the parameters become available on the web interface.

Is this the way the charger is meant to work?
Is there a configuration to turn the board and allow the parameters and spot values to be available without having to press the reset button?

Not supposed to be like that. Is your 12v supply stable?

Yes it is. I use the same supply for the Tesla SDU and DCDC converter which run fine.

I did find a solution after going through numerous threads here.

SOLUTION I FOUND: For anyone else using the Openinverter GEN 2 Charger v5 board who runs into this problem; the solution that worked for me was to jumper a pin on CONN4, connect BOOT0 to GND.
