Hi, looking to see if any cheaper/easier to source driveshafts would fit the Tesla small drive unit - at least on the inner side.

The 29 spline inner tripod is unusual, but the Nissan Xtrail / Qashqai and Renault Koleos also use 29. If anyone has any shafts on the bench they could caliper the tripod housing quickly and post the dimensions as per the image that would be great... Also, does anyone know if SDU and LDU shafts are interchangeable from a diff spline perspective?

Model S/X LDU and SDU shafts are interchangeable.

Model S/X and Model 3 shafts will fit **but** I've been told by a reliable source that they have a subtle difference in the seal and are not interchangeable. This will need verifying at some point.
