you guys keep reading my mind and are always one video ahead of me, naturally I will make a video of me taking them in my electric truck to a metal recycler and report back on how much money we made, then take ALL that money and book a one way flight to visit the EV Conversion Mecca aka Damien Maguire's house and pester him for a while
What did they use for the heat transfer medium in the cooling plates in the BMW battery packs? I'm looking for ways to move any excess heat build up from fast charging LFP cells that would be both quick and efficient.

There is not Thermal interface material used between the modules and refrigerant tubes of the evaporator.
Not even going to touch on your other random idea here, go make a separate topic if you truly want to discuss this.

Moved to a new topic. Please don't "pollute" build threads with random questions

That was what I was asking, was it coolant or refrigerant liquid/gas type heat exchange. I was looking at buying them off Greg if they would have done the job .... so sort of to do with the build thread

Correct, I believe it also was mentioned before in his build thread and the multitude of threads on the BMW batteries.
