hi, i have a number of PCS units at my disposal. unfortunately it is unknown from which year car they come and at what moment they came out of the car (for the firmware version).
and it should also be noted that the units do not have to be in complete working condition.
so far i have 2 units working with demian's controller and firmware 1.01 but I have some problems with both the DC-DC converter and charging. I can't change the DC-DC voltage in the web interface. It's just always around 13.5 volts.
but this is not the biggest problem, if the current on the 12 volt side goes a little above 15 to 20 amps, the DC-DC converter will switch off, it will switch on again immediately, but if the current increases again, it will switch off again, etc.
and there is a very clear beep when the DC-DC converter is turned on, I don't know if this is normal or if this has to do with my PCS units possibly being bad. I should also mention that powerdcdc in the web interface always remains at 0, even when there is current flowing on the 12 volt side.

then charging, this works just fine on both 1 and 3 phase, but the ac current never goes higher than 8 amp. so on 3 phase that is 5.5kw and on 1 phase that comes down to almost 2 kw, I have seen this limit before on the forum. but I can't really find out if a solution has been found for that yet.
What is remarkable is that when I charge on 3 phase the spot values "CHGPAvail" indicate 5.5kw and when I charge on 1 phase it shows 1.78kw and then it charges at exactly that amount of power.
the cablelim is 32a and the evselim 13.96a on 1 phase and 17a on 3 phase so that won't be the problem.

I followed the CHGPAvail value in the source code and this value appears to come directly from the PCS, so why does it think that the AC current should never be higher than 8 amps?
and of course the iaclim is set to 16a, but if I set it higher it doesn't make any difference. if I set it below 8 the charger will charge with less power so the parameter does work. and before it is asked pacspnt is set to 11kw and idclim to 45a

a lot of questions and not many answers to be found about the PCS, I can make some small adjustments to the code, but then I would need some pointers. so if anyone has any ideas about these problems I would love to hear them
