PCS Controller Alerts -charging fails

Hi all.
I have a PCS (which has been working but now refuses to charge and start DCDC).
The PCS and battery is from a European M3 2019 (manufactured 2018?)
SDEVR-4001
DEV-0014584
DEV-0014492
DEV-0014921
PCS Controller FW version 1.01.R (downloaded from github, latest releases).
I loaded parameter file (attached).
I get 3 alerts:
63chgVOutRationality
66dcdcHvRationality
76dcdcEnDeassertedErr
CHG_STAT: Faulty
Any input/feedback is appreciated.
Also I see in Damiens video he has version: 1.16.R (is this a newer one if so where can I download this?)
