Parameters database down

Has anyone been able to access the parameters database? It returns a blank screen when trying to access it.

I might be wrong here but I think the prams database is a local thing to you rather than on a server elsewhere. If it's not working, it will be something local to your setup.
I'm wrong.

No it is server based indeed.
Probably broke it when upgrading to php8. will check
