I read here and there it would be LFP, but the numbers don't add up...I think it's normal NMC (Samsung)
12s and 8s modules, works with:

Ok some disappointment...
The modules are glued into the battery housing!
hoping for some safe way to dismount them..
(or someone that can use it as is)

Taking it further apart: you actually need to be on the underside!
So I made a sandwich and flipped the battery, first there is a cover plate, with a 'sharpened' E16 bit I was able to remove the security / one way screws.
the cover plate is also glued quite well to the modules, putting pulling force on it and cutting the glue was the way. (Also for freeing the modules from each other)

Also opening 42 kWh battery pack. What Voltages you have got when inspecting the modules ? Our first (opens from upper side before turning the thing upside down) was 28,4 V and the rest of modules were together 318 V.

Hi Boekel, I have joined this forum after seeing this thread. This is my first post so I still have a lot to learn and look around on the site.
I have had a look at some of your other posts, do your dismantle and part out cars for a living? It seems you have worked with a number of other car brands as well and have some experience across multiple battery platforms, so I hope you may have enough knowledge to understand what I am after/about to ask.
I have a 2023 Abarth 500e, and am interested in the battery pack architecture and module layout and sizes. I am wondering if it may be possible to retrofit the pack with larger capacity cells to boost the modules overall capacity up above the 42kWh that it currently is.
I would love to see more of the insides of these packs, or know the dimensions that are available to work with in terms of packaging. I am sure the Fiat/Abarth community would also like to know as well.
Regards Ryan
In Australia. Cheers.
