Gen 3 prius inverter and em61 motor connected to a hydraulic pump. replacing a 50hp 2700 rpm diesel engine.

im only getting 245 apms on the phase wires and rpm drops to 1300.

here's a video and pics
https://www.icloud.com/sharedalbum/#B0o5nhQSTHmuiNo

42s lips battery
At 1300rpm motor voltage is 67 and 246 ac rms amps max so 28.5kw input to motor

At 2100 rpm motor is 98v ac

Amp clamp says 40 amps, inverter gui says 17 amps

84s
Motor side
Max ac amps 245, min volts 67, max 144vac

Battery side
46amps max

Im learning that phase amps as a rating are meaningless and really need a the 1 hour max battery amps. if i can not maintain 500 battery amps then i think i will just a use a vesc instead.

How far can you increase throtcur before the inverter trips?
500A battery might be asking a bit much from a Prius inverter

EDIT: can you also post screenshots of spot values while the motor is running at full power, please.

I have throtcur at 4.5, my params are here https://openinverter.org/parameters/view.html?id=30 and once moving I've had phase currents of 450 amps with logs I've taken previously. I do have MG1 and MG2 paralleled though

what's the battery amps? Did you check anything with a clamp meter? I'm finding very diffrent numbers between clamp meter and gui.
