CAN RX Problems

I am able to read data from my Tesla LDU board via CAN using either the web interface mapping of the Spot Values, or by using the “Send Custom Command” control (e.g. can tx boost 300 0 16 1).
However I have not been able to successfully map any variable to receive data from my CANDue test setup. I have tried the web interface mapping of a spot value and also sending a custom command.
I have also attempted to use SDO but do not get any reply back at all. E.g sending 0x22 0x20 0x00 0x00 to 0x601, I would expect to get something back on 0x581 (even if the data is not what I was expecting).
What am I doing wrong?
