Integration of LCD BMS.

Im happy how it looks like. It need's to be more fabricated and painted in black . To be fully integrated in car.
I really enjoy doing this.

Fabulous build :D

Would it be possible to post the photos direct to the forum and not via a third party hosting site in future? So many forums have been destroyed when hosts change policies and no longer host for free. Many thanks :)

Amazing. Inspiration for my e39 touring build. I'm caught between this and the Lexus route.

TNX :) , Lexus drivetrain , you don't have nothing to think about.
2.5 years ago when I bouhgt warp and zilla, there was no lexus... Only bmw cupe with no open source controller. Now I also bought lexus, but voltage with tesla battery is to small for some performance . Let it stay. Maybe I catch another inspiration for some other project .

I bought e46 pedal and zeva digital pot adapter. They customise pot adapter to my e46 pedal. I find that best and the safest solution for throttle. Better then analog . I could done this with arduino and digital arduino pot , but It is to dangerous to play with. I need to be 100% sure that will work. On the bench work perfect. it goes 0-100% :D
hood for box is finish.
Also bought some wirening.

Nice. Could you explain why this is a safer solution? It's still signal (but now as a variable resistance instead of voltage) that has to reach the controller. Instead of a direct 0-5V signal to the controller that is converte to digital over there you have now added an extra component that can potentially fail?

I mean , it is safer solution to buy this thing when allready exist, then trying to make my own with arduino. I don't know if I'm able to make it reliably. Yes I know I will learn something, but it needs more time, and without this I have enough work to do...
Other thing is that Zilla reads resistance from 150R-4K8. Not voltage.. Hall sensor work with voltage. So I need convert voltage from 0-5V to resistance of 0-5K (). IF I use alanog pot, during time of using you can get twitches on the motor because of spending mecanical pot...
E46 throtle pedal gives signal from 0.8V-4.0V , so they needed to customize digital pot.
It also have zilla hairbal that work with hall sensor , but in my case is not that.
