As the title says is it possible on V1c latest f/w to have throttle controlled by physical pot but regen level set by can.

Settings options would suggest not, but just wondered if there is a loophole ?

You can change settings with can messages. https://openinverter.org/wiki/CAN_communication Look at can SDO

yes thanks

i saw that, but does sdo work regardless of pot settings ? I have potmode set to 0 which means both throttle and regen are pots, will using sdo to write a regen value still work, as i think you have both throttle and regen on can don't you so potmode=2 ?

With 5.27 you can set regenpreset via CAN 0-100% and have throttle via ADC

For V1c latest f/w version, throttle control by physical potentiometer and regenerative level setting via CAN protocol may not be supported by the existing setting

Oh wait, I assumed inverter here. ZombieVerter most likely doesn't support that as of now.

Sure, the latest firmware version of the V1c may not support throttle control by physical potentiometer and regenerative level setting via CAN protocol. This means that you may not be able to use both features at the same time.

i am using V1c in Prius inverter. Not only would i lke to vary regen by pedal pressure, but also vary it depending on which gear the car is in.

Regen levels ok in 2nd gear are quite harsh in first gear.
