used in lots of vans: 75 kWh battery pack, 33k km
still unopened, might be usable to upgrade a 50 kWh car? (not sure about tools needed)
Price: as is (closed battery), in NL (Zaandam), €5000,- ex tax

So I opened the pack...
CATL modules and BMS
seems like every other module has a CMU that also reads the next module
nice watercooled blocks with 4 modules (plus one with 2 and one with 1 module)
4s / 2.73 kWh / module

Those are are really good looking modules. All that lovely aluminum, hardly any plastic in sight.

Hi, I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, but after googling around this is the only place that has any kind of info on the stellantis battery i can find.
I've what i hope is a simple question: I have a 2022 Vauxhall (opel) Vivaro-e 50kwh, in theory, could the 50kwh battery be repalced with the 75kwh if i sourced one?
TYIA

Is that Vivaro (from that year) also sold with the bigger battery then yes it might be an configuration flip only. Saying that without dealer / factory tools it won't be an easy thing.
So it comes down too how knowledgeable are you about canbus, UDS etc. etc
I do think these modules are compatible with our MAX BMS.

@EV_Builder yes, they sell the vivaro panel van (no seats no windows variety) with a 75kw, but not the passenger varient. canbus, usds... no knowledge at all. I was maybe thinking to try have a chat with a Vauxhall garage and see if they'd like a project xD
I think I may be barking up the wrong tree, maybe I should just sell the vivaro and buy something with a bigger battery and a heat pump.

Do you know where the module temperate sensors are
Or a picture or one
I keep getting a traction error and live data shows sensor 52 erratic
Thank you
