ZEVA BMS for SALE

I have for sale these parts ZEVA open source edition
EVMS3 ...170 eu (with precharge option for maximum 400v battery +40eu)
BMS24 ... 170 eu
EVMS monitor ...130 eu
can shunt interface 70 eu(not available now but could also be supplied under request)
Flashed with latest firmware.
Housing is home made printed PETG, not a commercial finition but enough.
Will be supplied connectors and temperature sensors. Components are mostly same than original design, some adapted to available parts in the market.
I give not warranty or professional support for this items because the final setup must be made for the end user. I will help with my small knowledge, all learned with the complete user manual, but i am just other user. Please read it at least 4 times as I did (always find new info).
Shipping from EU to EU 15 euros, other countries ask me price

I am in need of diagnostic help and possibly new EVMS unit. System mounted in a boat. Have power to unit, no power out of any contactor pin to activate relays. Display of monitoring system completely blank.
Any help greatly appreciated

I found that the open source design for the display (i dont know if the original/commercial design is the same) have a voltage regulator that heat too much, so in my buildings i need to mount a heat disipator over to last. Other option is to feed alone the display with 5.5 or 6v and you will not need for heat disipator, but this not always works.
Without display i dont see how could you setup the system. Once you complete the setup you can power off the display.
Test the L78L33ABUTR and L78L05ABUTR.
once your display is working again You can see what happen with the EVMS unit.

Did you by chance try to combine use BMS12v3 and BMS24v3 together with EVMS3 and monitor? Did it work?
...should it work?
I have a situation that would call for distributed 12S cells, in example 3x 12S modules in front 1x 12S module under the seats and 4x 12S modules in the back. If you want to assemble this system it would require 6x BMS modules and it seems terrible waste of halfh of at least two 24S module positions.
If i could combine 12S with 24S components it would be much more effective use of the system...

i never builI any BMS12s because I never needed them. But I think they would work due to the way they are built.

Would you build 2x 12S BMS modules for me? Maybe someone else would be in need of such modules as well? 12s is a common denominator for WV and other modules.
How much €€ would it take?

I have evaluated in the past whether to make them and the cost was more than half of a BMS24, so I only made BMS24.
user prensel had bms12 units for sale. ask him if he still sells them. If not, come back to me.
I can also instruct you how to make it yourself, basically what you might find difficult is programming the atmega chip, the rest is jlcpcb and soldering a few mouser components

Well my eyes are not as good as before for manual assembly... and i observed JLCPCB doesnt provide LT chips and isolators as far as i know. Do you send your chips to them?

with jlcpcb i order to mount the resistors, capacitors, diodes, small parts.
LT chips , adum, atmega, conectors ... I install myself, but advice everyone: LT chips is not easy

I received your 24S ZEVA BMS module. I had to test it before i reported back.
It now works great thank you.
