Does Zombieverter take care of charging 12V battery?

Sorry and thanks in advance!

Does the VCU (zombie or gs450h) or the inverter charge the original 12v car battery for accessories?

(Tried searching but no luck)

You need a dc-dc (high voltage to low voltage) to charge your 12V battery. Some hv-chargers have a dc-dc built in
