Prius Gen 3 Open Loop Spin Help Plesae!

I have a Gen 3 Prius Inverter and Mitsubishi Outlander Rear motor/gearbox which I am trying to get to the open loop spin stage before starting on FOC tuning.

Electronics isn't my strong suit, but I have been helped by a friend who is experienced.

The board is installed in the inverter and we got a PWM output as per the wiki Gen 3 board instructions (First Run PWN verify).
For the next step we installed the 5.20 sine f/w and set inverter the parameters as per the wiki:

The Outlander motor / gearbox was connected to MG2, a 12v supply to the inverter Pin 1 and Pin 3, and Pin 11 to GND, and we used a 12V 5A regulated power supply to the battery input terminals as per Damiens Gen 3 instruction video:

When we start the inverter in manual mode, and set fslipspnt to 10 and ampnom to 100, the motor vibrates, but doesn't spin.
The log file looks like this:

So the question is what have we missed / are we doing wrong?
Is there any more information I can supply to help with trouble shooting?

Thanks!

Michael

Try swapping 2 of the motor phase wires over.

Eh the log file is from the atmega that controls the boost converter and not related to motor control.
Apart from that try fslipspnt 1 or 2 and increase boost until you have movement. Set encmode to Single so that doesn't disturb

Success - with fslipspnt set to 1 and boost set to 2800 the motor spins at about 10rpm.
Thank you both for your input.
