Please advice suitable inverter board for Nissan Leaf 2011.

You can just run it with ZombieVerter
A replacement board exists but is not for sale:

We had these boards made. They need some tweaks from the version that's out there but they are very usable. There's another thread on the board detailing what it takes to get them sorted.
