If you run 360V and stay below 6000 rpm it will not happen. With asynchronous it never happens

And if the voltage is 540 volts and less than 7500 rpm, this will not happen either?
... then you still need a simple setup to disable the fw, just remove the fwkp0 does not work, something else is needed.

About the asynchronous motor is great news.
I 'll try to get one and equip it with an AB sensor , I 'll test it from a nissan gen2 inverter

Meanwhile i changed the inverter to a 160Kw inverter and i now control the inverter solely by canbus and not over the openinverter board anymore. Johannes programmed the code for me in my ECU and now the car runs very smooth now and alltough it just deliveres 125kw at the moment it is faster than before.

That is because it keeps the 125Kw throughout the whole rpm range.

The new wiring loom i made out of a GEN3 Loom and GEN2 Loom:

Looks almost like before, but it is a direct swap for the GEN2 inverter

Very nice. Leaf code was "borrowed" from Zombieverter, it ported to the F4 without changes.
Have you limited to 125 kW or the VCU code?

I don't know what it was, can you specify the values so maybe someone else can help out? Thank you Johannes :D

Hi Philip,

I linked to this thread from the wiki for someone looking to build a performant EV:
I want a powerful EV conversion!

Maybe you want to get involved in writing a little guide there for people who also want to build an awesome and fast EV like yours. I made a stub but I am sure its terrible! Sorry I took the photo without asking first.

I've measured the leaf spline and I get an o/d of 21.65mm. I would have said that 22mm is not going to give a snug fit.
I,ve seen some Honda civic clutches that have an id of 27/32" which is .008" too small. I'm no expert but I spoke to one engineer who suggested
spinning the motor and applying some emery cloth , "might " get it to fit . Having said all that, Damien has used a samurai clutch centre (I think),
but he shrank a cylinder over it for his coupler to compress it slightly - maybe he might chip in with his thoughts ?

If someone has a place to make the *.DXF files accessible for everyone i'm happy to share them.
Hi Zapatero, I've started converting my 2002 Subaru Legacy B4 into an electric vehicle, and now I'm racking my brain over the adapter plate from Nissan Leaf to Subaru gearbox, and it seems like your works fully fit with my case. If you can share your *.DXF files of the adapter plate, it would solve my headache and help a lot. I am a newbie in this site, but will share my project also soon.
