When I woke up this mornin' ... orchestra ... I thought the General section was super important and it would be nice to have on top. Since this is an autocracy I just did it and of course didn't tell anyone

Inspired by the Greg I reshuffled the forum again. "Hardware" is now called "Electric Vehicle Topics" and I have moved software topics into the respective sub forums. Plus "Fast Charging" is now just called "Charging"

Any more inspiration?
