How to find out the error

Today, at the start, my bus refused to go. I looked at the web page - there is an error [8943] DESAT - STOP.
I want to understand what this error is and where there is a wiki on possible errors.

Привет. This error occurs when the phase current is overloaded, or the signal level on the PB12 pin has changed from high to low or vice versa, depending on which controller you are using

Interested in the meaning of error 12164?
Maybe there is a section with decoding of error numbers?

12164 is the time when it occurred (multiply by x10 to arrive at ms after start).
