Has anybody tried fitting the GS450h motor/transmission into a Mazda RX8 transmission tunnel?

I was slowly converting a GS450h to EV using damien control board, but I've now bought a very cheap RX8 and considering swapping all the work I've done so far into that instead.

Anybody tried it already? Interested in the physical dimensions

Hey Dan - I've got my 450h wedged in a 1979 MG Midget. Of course, half of it is in the engine bay... Haha.

There are posts about dimensions in the GS450h discussion thread (one of the busier threads in the Toyota/Lexus section).

I also found a man who has already put the gs450h trans into an rx8 tunnel on Instagram. So for anybody else wondering the same, it does physically fit.

I'm going to go ahead and do the same!
