VCU- din_ocur Error

Post by alehandro »

Hey guys, I've been experimenting a bit on the bench with a prius Gen2 and a VCU, changing the switching modes of the phase current sensors' contacts, in open circuit, and got a few trips of the circuit breaker in the high voltage line. Now when I start vcu in run mode I immediately get din_ocur error. De-energizing the inverter and VCU does not clear the error. And even when I unplug inverter pin 27 and connect +12 to vcu pin 27, I don't get din_ocur OK and can't control throttle. Can anyone help where to look for a fault on the board?

And so guys, the resistance and voltage on the board were checked, everything turned out to be in good order and everything pointed to a failure of the stm32. Replaced stm32, programmed, now the din_ocur Error no longer appeared.
