Leaf motor bowtruster won’t spin

Hi I’m very new to this forum and electric engines.

I have two Nissan Leaf m57 motors and gen 2 inverters together with open inverter prod rev3 that is supposed to drive two bow thruster on I bigger boat.
Now to my problem
Almost No matter what I do i can not get the motor to spin * only installed on of them so far* i have done everything that i can think of and the resolver gives me perfect values in the plot screen.

So what i have done is this

In the beginning i just played around whit the settings that i found and the motor sounded like it worked against it self end then suddenly run of like crazy and say overcurren.
Then i found one Jason file on the forum that was for gen2 inverter and same engine that i have so I tried to use that to se if the motor will spin And… it did not really
If i run manual mode in the inverter and happen to have the throttle little pushed and put 1amp in the test parameter the motor starts to turns slow and sounds good and then if i put 0 amp the motor doesn’t stop if i put 10 amp in it starts to make funny noises but keeps spinning slowly.
If i the same thing but with no throttle push the motor only make funny noises and don’t spin at all no matter what amp i put in *i have tried to changed the resolver offset still same thing only more or less hi pitch noise

What i have noticed is if i rotate the motor an looking at the angel in the plot i get from 0 to 360 degrees in only 90 degrees motion so the software reads 4 rpm on one rpm movement is that correct?

Help someone i em completely clueless

Thank you everyone that got all the way down to this text line :)

// Alex

Yes that's correct.

Also try these parameters: https://openinverter.org/parameters/view.html?id=10

News i just got informed that the motor and inverter dont belong together that it might be mixt up! Is this a problem with the resolver or can it be fixt with the resolver offset setting?
Regards

Yes if I'm right you need indeed correct the offset setting.
It's stamped on the motor.

With an Arduino program it should be able to be changed over CANbus. It's anyway smart to check the offset anyway.

EDIT: if you use pure OEM inverter

no wait, he's using the the openinverter board. That just needs syncofs set and it is usually around 0°. https://openinverter.org/wiki/Using_FOC_Software

Pohhh that's a kicker! Good catch Johu.

@nautilus ; you swapped the brain which connects to the resolver so what you took out is the OEM config anyway...
