No New Posts feature on mobile

not sure if any of you noticed or care, but I would just like to make the forum admin aware that there is no New Posts feature showing up on my iPhone, maybe it's me, maybe I have to do some config changes, or maybe the forum admin needs to check a box or something on the back end, just trying to help

I see two links to new posts, one in the burger menu, one directly below the blue nav bar. Screenshot of how it's not there?
