When a positive pulse is applied, it passes directly through the diode D_ON and charges the Gate of the mosfet. When the output stage of the main driver is closed, then through the pull-up resistor PULL_DOWN opens Q_OFF and instantly discharges the Gate charge through itself, which leads to the instantclosure of the mosfet!

Also if we use toff transistor the toff path did not return the gate driver so negative bias voltage meaningles here i suggest to not use it. Now design has two seperate gate resistor for on and off we can arrenged resistor for fast discharge the gate

Hi!
in the picture above, there is just one of the best solutions for managing powerful mosfets. I always use this and it works great

But I don't know the whole scheme that you use, it can also be good. I would prefer a circuit with a locking transistor, for example Q_off IRFL9110TRPBF, pull_down 4.7K, D_on any schottky per 1 ampere

The only clarification is that all layers should be made as thick as possible, at least 75 microns, but it is better if 100 microns

Hello

I placed 4 pin header close to the microcontroller also can be programmed via esp8266

Ok i will make layer stack table for manufacturing
also high power path not painted can be supported vıa solder ıt will be reduced the board price

Hi! I downloaded the files. I will send it in the near future for the manufacture of boards.
Most likely, they will install all the small parts there, but DC/ DC and power mosfets will already be bought separately and soldered ourselves.

What ratings do you expect and what file format / editor is it?

Hello. Would you also like one such board? I can make one for you at once and also send it for free, as a thank you for your contribution to home-made electric transport.

Hello
hello. I have a few questions. what voltage should c130-c153 be at? and also how to replace the sr2803 chip? I can't buy it anywhere. preferably something that can be bought in China

Something is wrong in the scheme. The output of the DC-DC has a voltage of 18.3, and the chip that it feeds is powered by 5V. Maximum 5.5.

Most likely there should be a dc/dc converter with an output of +5v
