To help newcomers on this board wishing to do business with forum members, as well as just as an overall "thank your seller" kind of thing, I thought to put up a feedback thread as I failed to find one from this forum yet. Lowers the threshold to buy (especially more costly) items from other people, seeing that they do have reputation on the board.

Naturally I'll go first then;

- m.art.y: Ordered motor package arrived in good condition, looks exactly as described in PM's. Good communication, decent prices, fast shipping. Would happily do business with again and can easily vouch for trustworthiness.

m.art.y: ordered 40kw leaf battery, arrived in great condition and a good price. Good communication.

I've had a good experience buying from m.art.y, RetroZero and Jack Bauer (i.e. Damien, of course, but maybe the forum version of him would differ from the less forum version? ).

Many thankyou's to boekel (eco-lithium.nl) for batteries! Good communication, fast shipping and extremely well done packaging.

This is a great post, and worthy of putting in the wiki as it fills out!

Every experience I've had with larsrengersen aka EV Create has been good.

Edit to add: Of course so has my experience with Damien.

• bought 10x Gen 1 Leaf modules
• excellent comms, he even tested the capacity to match the modules with the same protocol as me
• we added another order to save shipping for a fellow forum member as my boxes had "capacity"
• with all the comms the connectors/bus bars got forgotten, so he offered to send them for free
• we combined that with a spare Leaf taillight which he sourced for a reasonable price
• the light got cracked a little during transport which wasn't immediately obvious, so m.art.y covered the UV-hardening epoxy I used to fill it

note: the couriers are on a very tight schedule at least for Ireland, on the delivery day be sure to have you phone at hand even if you're at home - I had to go on a 44km roundtrip to collect the second package as I missed several calls within one hour

I'm sure I'll use m.art.y again in the future.

I purchased the bulk of Zapatero's Subaru build. It was a tricky transaction because I needed it shipped to South Africa. Zapatero was very flexible in working with me and making sure that everything was packed in a safe and compliant manner for the shipping. He took the time to add bits and pieces that I had not thought of but might not be available in South Africa. All in all, a pleasure to work with.

m.art.y: Ordered Leaf motor package, Jaguar i-Pace battery, and some additional stuff like drive shafts. Arrived in good condition and carefully wrapped, looks exactly as described in PM's. Good communication, decent prices, honestly interested to make things work for both transaction partners. Would happily do business with again
