I'm looking for multiple Volvo / Eltek chargers for a boat project on a budget...

Volvo IP67 charger can be found under those PNs
31394702
30659929
31453939

must include the water cooling baseplate.

You could get the IP20 version here:

And make your own base plate for two of them, put a watertight lid over them from each side. That was my first thought.
That way you could use 4 of them...

Well if you read both instructions closely you will notice that minimum energy dissipation is the same for IP20 as well as IP67 version. Both are cooled out via side alu plates towards lower alu plate. About the only trick is how to seal out the moisture.

I literally put the ip20 module into ip67 box... with some milling... and it works!

This Eltek looks like a nice charger I was also considering using 6 of these in my car but decided against it in the end. The ip67 ones are expensive and the ip20 ones reguire custom cooling solution anyway plus the added complexity of wiring 6 of these together. I found out that using Tesla gen3 18.5 kw charger can be a more cost effective and simpler solution.

Unfortunately I was only able to buy 4 of the air-cooled chargers trough ebay / aliebaba
It seems they all come / came from the same source and there weren't as much available...

Does anyone have charger(s) they are willing to sell? I've already build a nice housing for them :(

Holy smoke! That enclosure is very nice! Great job! :D

What's the plan to talk over CANbus with multiple Elteks with the same IDs? Can they be reprogrammed to other addresses?

I would advise you to put one alu collant block between chargers 2 on top and 2 in the bottom. That would be perfectly capable of keeping them cool.
Then you can go and completely close the box for IP68 standard.

Yes, can't do that myself but I have some people in mind to hire for that job ;)

in this case the location they are mounted is dry, so no problem with aircooling.
