HELP NEEDED—Derate,Precharge Stop,Desat Stop - ERRORS on Toyota Prius Board 2

Do somebody have the knowledge , how to eleminate the following errors on the Toyota Prius board-2:

DERATE- = TMPHSmax = heatsink temperature reach 85C.
Precharge Stop- after 5s. of UDCSW was not reached.
DESAT Stop – DESAT Pin went low.
The errors appears after turning on the program.There is no running motor whatsoever,the controller is completly cold.
The Controller is attached to the motor and to a battery array of 110V-DC ( car batteries.).

It most likely means the inverter itself is not powered using the 2-pole connector next to the 32-pin connector.

Hi John,
Thank You for the advice.
The controller is coneccted to battery stack of 110V. Is there a chance that the controller is damaged and could not connect ?

I appologise first for the wrong adressing You as JOHN .
Thank You for the enclosure of the controllerfoto .It was a big help indeed.
You are completly correct with the power attachment
.I have tapped the wrong connections,namely the DC-DC input. I was misled by the connector,supposing this to be the right power connection input.
Hope now that evrything will run much better .

The VCU bord has three LEDS running ,one is blinkining and twu are steady red- / Power keds./
Is this a correct state uf the board or somezjing is wung ?

yes thats correct

In trying to tune the motor according to the advised rules in the manual ,could not get the motor run.
The motor is rocking,jurking,vibrating in whole range of the manualID (0 --100%). Angle value is ok, changing continuosly.
What shall be set or done to repair the curent status of tuning ?

Thanks for the fast respond.
I managed the resolver setting and the motor is running properly,but in anticlock direction.
The advice in the instruction setting som manualiqe value didn`t help to return the rotation in clokwise.
Again help,advice needed to solving the failure in the runstatus.

The instructions have been updated. Only one syncofs is correct. Just set dirmode to SwitchReversed to reverse direction
