Where is the gs450h_vcu SSID coming from?

Post by Gregski »

mea culpa mea culpa, total Arduino / VCU newb here

My ver 2 VCU (as in not ZombieVerter) running ver 3.01 of the software advertises itself WiFishly as the gs450h_vcu SSID

I am just wondering where is that coming from, as it is not in the GS450H_WiFi_V1.ino sketch

It's stored in flash on the ESP8266. The web interface has a page where you can set the SSID and password.

Oh man, is it this unintuitive Admin page, I was actually on it and thought that's a lot of effort just to change the background, ha ha, didn't even think of poking at the SSID section on this page, thank you so much for your help
