Ford ranger Electric from lead to NiMH

Hi,
Planning to rebuild a Ford ranger Electric from lead to NiMH. Someone who has the parts I need.

I have:
Complete high and low voltage harness.
IOM
BCM
Fans

But why not change to Lipo, do you have NiMh batteries?

Is that the original Ford/Toyota (Panasonic) NiMh batteries?
If not you will have trouble with the dimensions, pole fitting and placement.
