Is throttle input isolated??

Hey guys I just wondered is the throttle input isolated on damiens drop in board I am working on a hybrid setup and I will be tying into the existing ICE's throttle pedal thanks

No it is referenced to GND

Should i put a separate potentiometer? Or would it be ok to tap into ice pedal?

I guess my real question is is it isolated from the high voltage
