Control invertor STM32 development board

Hi.
is it possible to assemble a Toyta Lexus400 inverter control on an STM32 development board?
Maybe there is an easier way to solve this problem, where you do not need to enter many parameters?
I thought to use an industrial frequency converter, to make the phase output from it to control the YUW Toyota Lexus Invertor, but in this case it is difficult to use the resolver.
Purpose: to test the joint operation of the igbt board Toyota Lexus RX400, the Toyota Prius 3 engine.
I plan to use a signal from the rezolver.
We have a very limited budget, but we have time, desire and spare parts.
