BOM for gate drivers and sense boards

Hi! I have not found BOM for gate drivers and sense boards. I tried to understand eagle files but didn't find what package I should use for each part. Also some parts are out of stock so if there are alternatives for some parts it would be good idea to make complete BOM and add it to inverter-hardware repository at github.
