UK car breakers seem like a mess, you might just pick your phone and ring your local yards for whatever you are interested in. Only reasonable online presence seems to be for auctioning whole cars: https://www.copart.co.uk/

They also have a service for buying Cat B (breakers) and dismantling them on-site ( you need waste licenses etc. to buy Cat B's) but annoyingly they don't offer the service for EV's

Don't think he is a scammer, seems to be car breaker from Lithuania (EU). What do you think about his prices though?

It is where all the large to mom & pop dismantlers list their parts (tied to the Hollander Interchanger database they use). Most of these don't have storefronts or websites otherwise. Mainly used for commercial buyers, but anyone can use. Great for any parts you need also.
