Could you provide us with more dimensions (external dimensions) for the motor?

And another question: Do you have any expectations regarding the top speed for a given wheel diameter and battery voltage? Or are you just waiting to see how things turn out? Other pioneers were ultimately dissatisfied with the MGR and then converted to Outlander.

I did a 3D scan of one a while back

and this is what the three AC phases look like on the Camry inverter side

and I also identified and labeled the three AC phases on the Highlander MGR (Motor Generator Rear)

hard to tell: U V W so the same as the Camry transmission end, assuming the plug is flipped the right way

and now for the fun part, now WE have to transfer the crimped on connector off of the orange Highlander MGR cable and affix it to the white Camry one, and do that 3 times

These are a few measurements that interested me.
I got them from TOMS STL file.
Unfortunately, I couldn't measure them directly in GrabCAD.
The measurements are slightly rounded up to full centimetres.
I do not guarantee their accuracy

so let's take a look at it's original wing span sort of speak, I did not weigh the spindle/brake ends but let me tell you they are heavy

first, we are standing right behind the vehicle here, the cables running forward are for the stock emergency brake

and here we are standing in front of the vehicle looking back at the rear motor

and I don't mean to get all scientific on you, but I'm almost 6 feet tall and I have a really big wing span myeslf, and when I stretched my long arms from end to end of this monstrosity it was just shy of my wingspan

so here are the totals

60 pounds for the rear subframe
90 pounds for the motor
70 pounds for the driver side spindle
70 pounds for the passenger side spindle

290 pounds (132 kilos) TOTAL




69 pounds (times two mind you as this is per side)

31 kilograms
