no zombieverter messages?
Did I say that? The messages from the zombieverter are there or you would not have anything to log.

You was right. I wrong connected CAN H and CAN L. But no move anyway. Here CAN logs.

The inverter is reporting there is no HV present.

Tom, hello. Today I connected a 54s2p li-ion battery. The web interface shows that there is voltage, but there is still no movement. Maybe there are some other necessary requirements for starting the engine?

Your torque requests look wierd only got a 50 request out of.
Please plot Pot and Potnom. ensure you have setup the throttle correctly.
Also ensure all your limits are set correctly for testing.
You inverter also reports a really high motor temp, also an error state.

If the cooling system is not connected, how quickly does the engine heat up? Are there any coolant flow sensors in the inverter or engine? If the motor is hot, will the inverter shut it down or will it run until damaged? Also look at the web interface, which shows the engine speed as 16383 rpm. And I also wanted to ask about these connectors, what are they for? Thank you

I make plot for Potnom, Pot, Speed. Potnom not changing, Speed 16383 rpm. System at start try -204 torque to stop engine. In parameters 1500 rpm start recuperate 100 rpm end recuperate. Maybe error from wrong speed parameters?

Post your params please. What is the battery situation?

Battary 9 packeges of 6s2p (21700 liIon) near 200v, can discharge at 40 amp. In params i changed all to CAN1. Last test i recieved inverter error - [816] STOP - PRECHARGE

You done this with Zombie in Run Mode?

This parameters apear only at RUN mode. When t15stat->ON, din_forward->ON, last din_start->ON apear -204 torque. With or without HV connect, anyway. But when i press pedal torque changed at near 25% = 0 torque. 25%+ pedal position torque rise. Thats why i think inverter reed rpm wrong.

Yes but that is fine, once it is properly running it reports the correct rpm.
The plot does not show potnom changing, please make plot with torque. Does it go positive?

Btw the inverter reports errors. No idea what they relate to but you should check your wiring.

No, torque not go to positive.

set your udclim to 0 and try again please.
But the inverter sending the wrong rpm is due to it not finishing initializing, it keeps the fault currents

Udcmin and Udcsw was 0. Maybe i have another GEN of inverter and some CAN messages different?

No. This has nothing to do with your inverter.
There are afew wierd things going on.both on your settings and the inverter.
Motor temp reading a negative value is weird. Is the wiring stock between inverter and motor?

I personally have not disassembled this inverter. The seller says that this stack is removed from a working car. I will try to update the firmware on zombieverter later. And I will try to use CAN2 for connection.

No point doing CAN2.
why is your BMS set to Leaf? There is no Leaf bms connected...

At this point you should provide an accurate depiction of your wiring set up/ and or photos.

I was just trying different settings, no BMS at this stage but it will be. I'll take a picture of all the wiring on Monday. Thanks for helping.

Hello. I took a lot of photos of the wiring. Honestly, it's hard to understand anything from the photos, so I tried to describe all the photos as much as possible.

Tom, please tell me, can I read the errors with a standard OBD2 scanner like Launch Easydiag? You say that there are errors and the inverter does not give permission to work due to overheating. Maybe the engine temperature sensor is faulty. When I disconnected the zombieverter from the inverter, the 'torque' and 'potnom' indicators began to show correctly. When I connect it to the inverter, 'potnom' = -10 and 'torque' = -204. When I press the pedal, 'torque' and 'potnom' rise to 0 but do not move further.
