My theory is the low induction on these outlander motors and you're overshooting the target current.
I've attached my params.

The kp ones are especially sensitive as they govern short term reaction. With the Leaf motor I was only affected when pulling away with a lot of throttle. Had it set to 500 or so and had to dial back to 60. After introducing a separate idkp I run iqkp=60, idkp=100 and curki=20000
