R21 should be 1k2, not 1k1.
How is your temp sensor connected? Should be connected from either pin 13 or 14 and then to GND.
You should be able to read normal room temperature when motor is at room temperature. 100 degree at room temperature means something is not correct.
Thanks, yes wired exactly like you describe. From my Toyota MG2 temp chart, it appears the resistance is off by hundreds of ohms. Since I could not get close with the sensor plugged in, I substituted known resistances across the sensor terminals and compared to the chart (attached).
I will make R21 1k2 and retest.

BTW, are you shure that the temp reading is 101 degrees, not -101degrees?
Setting R21 to 1k1 should result in a large negative value if my math is correct.

It's -450 with the sensor plugged into the MGR, but much closer to expected with a 14k7, 4k7 and 2k2 resistor respectively.

-450 seem resonable. Change R21 to 1k2 and you should be good.

Much better, maybe some tweaking with sensor ground resistance
4k7 = 75*C (low by 15*)
2k2 = 108*C (nearly dead-on

)
1k0 = 145*C (high by 15*)
470 = 183*C (high by 17*)
047 = 200*C+ (saturated)
010 = 200*C++ (saturated)

This is getting far of topic so I will answer in this thread instead.

Tesla SMALL Drive unit.
In manual mode the il1 and il2 values are broken.
(atleast) didn't start the inverter, went back to 4.90.R-sine
Now i got 0.65Amps and -1.31Amp in manual mode.

Here is version 4.95.R, it did the offset calibration ok on my test board. If some people test it as good I will release.

Am I reading that right, "stm32_sine"??

yes, that had the major bug in it
