Now getting back to work on things.
The Wiki shows what connections go to which pins of various connectors - my problem is figuring out WHICH connectors on the EM57 correspond to those diagrams - and if the pinouts shown are for the part mounted on the motor, or the plug on the cable. (yes, it's probably somehow obvious - but not to me.)
My motor came with DC cable, J1772 cable, CCS cable (all of these are orange), and a black cable that connects to 2 round connectors on the unit. There are also a couple of smaller connectors on the unit with nothing plugged in.
Note that the Nissan Label on the motor has "291A0 5SA1A L7G310080" - just in case that helps identify which variation I have...
