How to read spot values?

Post by espriev »

I am looking for instruction on how to get the spot value page to work, as I can not find anything on this by searching.
I have the test bed all set up, and wifi is working.
I can read values, change them and save (flash? save & flash seem to be used interchangeably in posts, adding to confusion. On the display it reads save/flash so it seems they mean the same thing?).
I am attempting to read the accelerator max & min values in the spot value page as described so that I can enter & store them, the spot value page appears but registers nothing. Measuring output at the pedal shows expected voltages so it is working properly and getting +5VDC in.
I have not connected the traction battery yet, I would like to know the pedal is functioning correctly first.
Is it required to press the "start" button to read spot values?
I have only turned on the "ignition" (+12VDC on to inverter, contactors and switches) so far...

Thanks!

The spot values don't auto-refresh by default, you need to check the auto box then refresh once.
Alternatively select the values and plot them
