I understand that. but we still need developer comments on many points. for example, is -3 volts used from all other dc/dc, or can I buy single-channel ones with an output of +15 volts? for all these resistors, there are no specified values and it is impossible to send an order to the manufacturer for this reason. it is not clear why 48 volts are supplied to the input connector, and not 12.

İ will check c130-c153

İ can sent sr2803 chip

Or replace it with yours if you not produce the boards

Yes romale you are right but in bom it already written as 5 v output DC DC converter with same pages i copied from gate drivers converter and forget the change name please refer to bom file

Yes you can use single channel ones with 15 volt only if the package is same sent me the your DC DC converter and i will check the compability

For that 48 volt input ; there is DC DC converter in input you can apply voltage above 12 to 60 volt so if you apply between this range there will be three voltages on PCB 3.3 , 5 and 12 and i suggest to use above 12 volt in input

Those are pull down resistor in locking circuit it can be several k ohms like you said before like 4.7 k ohms

is it possible to replace this with something more affordable to buy from China?

Yes we can change it give me suggestion

İs this only challenging part for is there any other out of stock components if you didn't order we can make updates

Also i can add 7805 regulator so you can use both sr2803 circuit will be DNP if you are using 7805 vice versa

it's finally arrived!
unfortunately, not all the details are posted. now we need to make a list of the missing ones and buy them separately

Have been following this project. Looks great, can't wait to see the final result.

:D
hello everyone.
the story with these boards continues slowly.
I'm almost ready to start testing them. several manufacturing errors were found, they decently took out our brains)), but we found them and eliminated them.

Now I'm stuck with the inability to calibrate the high voltage reading. after two resistors of 680 kohm, a 510 ohm resistor is parallel to the signal. it seems to me that this is a mistake and the nominal value should be higher. otherwise, even 100 volts of board power supply give 0 volts at the input to the meter chip.

You need to arrange the divider network on the high voltage side so that you see a maximum of 200mV across the 510 Ohm resistor at full battery voltage. Take a look at the datasheet for the si8920.

I found another mistake. or rather, only the consequence, I have not yet found out the reason itself. soldering the temperature sensor into the slots responsible for the motor temperature sensor and specifying this type of sensor in the settings gives -40 ° at room temperature and no changes when the sensor is heated.
the kty84-130 sensor itself.
probably need to add some filters or dividers?

Software expects the sensor to be between two 500 Ohm resistors, one to GND, one to 5V. Voltage is measured at the upper resistor.

thanks. I'll check if I really am.

This helped (I hope I haven't replaced the resistor yet) on the r125 board, who is responsible for the gnd = 2.47 kohm instead of 500 ohms.

installing a 500 ohm temporary resistor solved this problem!
Thank you so much again, Johu
