Prius Gen3 board V1C connectors

Post by FFMan »

So just getting start on my (first) EV project having followed Damien and others and having both mechanical (workshop & 2 post lift) and reasonable electrical skills. Keeping it I hope simple with the V1c board, Prius inverter and gearbox with an E46 touring as the target - all procured already.

So just got the board and need to order the connectors not supplied. The BOM references connector IDs that aren't on my board.

This is the BOM:-

Conn4,5 : BM08B-CPTK-1A-TB
Radionics : 1238259
Description : Header Top 8 Double CPT

CONN3 : SM08B-CPTK-1A-TBL
Mouser : 306-SM08B-CPTK-1ATBL
Description : Automotive Connectors SIDE ENTRY CPT HDR 2.0MM PITCH

CONN8,9 : SM02B-CPTK-1A-TB
Radionics : 123-8260
Description : Wire-To-Board Connector, 2 mm, 2 Contacts, Header, CPT Series, Crimp, 1 Rows

My board has spaces labelled on the board:-
conn 2 & 7 (MG1 & mg2 current sense),
conn 1 & 8
conn 10 - dc dc converter

I think its just a case of the connector IDs having changed, but i want to be sure on my first steps. If anyone has the right part no for the marked up PCB i'd appreciate it.

Is there also a recommended part no for the IDC header ?

thanks

ok - think i answered my own question - the BOM on github appears to reference correct connector labels, the one linked to from EVBMW listing does not appear to be correct - maybe old ?
