drift buggy + em57 + V3 johannes board

Post by Romale »

When this buggy started to be made from gasoline 800cc, I put there a prius gen2 mg2 motor rewound by 2 turns , modified by hall sensors and controlled by the kelly controller kls96600-8080h.

It drove like this and had two speeds:

Then a friend asked me for a motor for his motorcycle, a second friend took away the controller and the bugs stood for a year.

Now I remembered about it, I installed a Nissan leaf motor + em57 gen2 inverter + Johannes board version 3.
All this works temporarily on a 32S nmc catl battery 120ah and has a maximum speed of more than 100km/h,
But the damn unpredictable mega regen broke my drive (watch the video, it was scary)

How to disable the flux weakening completely?
It seems to me that this will eliminate regen without control.

You can set fwkp=0. It will result in less maximum speed
At the same time increase curkp to 55

I tried to set fwkp=0 and curkp=55, the flow attenuation did not turn off. the prius mg1 motor is gaining furious momentum on a 40 volt battery, although it should not exceed 1500 rpm.

they disappeared as soon as I raised the battery voltage three times ( 360 volts instead of 120 ) and limited the motor speed to 450 hertz. this gives 120 km/h by satellite.

it's also a "different" buggy))), on the one that at the beginning, so far it's still 120 volts. soon I will raise it to 240 or more.
