Struggling to get regen working when I brake, potnom doesn't seem to drop below 0 and I don't feel any change. Ideally, I want it only when braking, so that I can lightly touch the pedal for regen down hills and just lift off to coast.

Got this sorted now, was missing a value for pot2, now using the brake pressure value from canbus but I need to tweak around now it's working. The brake pressure value range is quite low, 120 - 255 so getting poor results at slow speeds coming to a stop.

Yes same here (obviously because VAG car). I think I just use the range up till 180 or so because after that you're quite hard on the brakes already. If you configure pot2max below 255 anything above pot2max will result in the maximum programmed regen
