I've read that if you want to avoid the need for an IVA on a UK conversion, you should not make significant changes to the structure/body of the car.
How much is allowable? I'm converting a Fiat 126 and I basically want to drill some holes in the existing suspension mounts ~10mm ish for bolting some motor mounts. Also, there are various thin pieces of metal in the rear engine bay which are non-structural and I would like to remove. Can I do that ok?
