encoder AB

Post by chentron »

I have a motor (AZD AC24LS) with a skf built-in encoder AB , 64 pulses , 4 cables:

After reading and searching forum , i think i must choose parameter motor in software " encmode=1 " (quadrature).
But I have not clear where to connect my 4 cables.
mainboard johannes have 3 pin (1, 2, 3) for encoder
Please could somebody help me . thanks

GND to GND
A to ENC_IN_A
B to ENC_IN_B
5V to ENC_5V and replace R11 by a zero ohm resistor or solder bridge.

Then it is R7 , forth from the bottom above the 16-pin header.
