I am offering my HEP-600-15 regulator that i pulled from my Mazda.
It can provide 40A at 13.6Vdc from a DC source of 120Vdc to 400Vdc.
It is also constant voltage AC/DC power supply from 230Vac.

True. But that particular converter actually has a DC input rating, so i figured it was considered for that application also. I never had an issue with it even when i was using 102S battery.
It can also be switched ON/OFF by a relay on a remote input wire. I just left it permanently ON.
