Where are you?
In Ireland we undertake training & open source RND for the New Electric group, 5 companies converting boats, buses, cars and trucks to electric drive since 2008.

Don't really understand the shipping problem, had no problem with the package I got.
Is it because of covid or brexit, that some companies will not ship abroad?

I got a UK package and had to pay customs for it. That is certainly down to Brexit.
I also sent to UK and it was quick and easy. Not sure if the receiver needed to pay VAT or something.
