Here's a useful guide from DIY Electric which AFAIK is accurate for both Gen 1 and Gen 2 Leaf batteries. I would assume these are measured under minimal load.

Thanks a lot, that was perfect - alltough i modified it a bit as the numbers above are absolutely linear:

Update on the car:

The car pulls incredible strong until 4000 RPM, still pretty good after that. But when you hit the pedal at 3000 RPM that's awesome. Way more power than a stock GT86 / BRZ :!:

I have been to a public charging station today - everything works as it should 8-)

ocurlim is set to 2000A, when i set throtcur to 7.5 i run into DESAT ERROR.
So somewhere here seems to be the hardware limit?!

I see, so it's disabled :) 750A RMS means 1050A peak - surprisingly high!

I think in your case where you want max performance it is good to have ocurlim disabled. That way the IGBTs are shut down slowly by desat detection when overloaded. Only downside, if you hit desat too often your IGBTs will eventually release smoke. "Often" is like a few 100 times, I heard power electronics experts say.

Really nice build. That TIG welding, wow :)

Have you get the full 10K RPM from your Leaf motor?

Is the leaf battery pack ok with the currents?

From everything I've read all of the lead packs 30Kw and under are not happy over 80~100kw. No cooling stock. Likely you can draw more for a short time, who knows the damage it will do.

No, in my opinion that doesn't make sense at all with the nominal 350 Volts of the Leaf battery pack. Power is noticeably decreasing after 5000 RPM! I even use the gears, seconds for fast acceleration and third for city driving, fourth for highway use, even fifth sometimes. I can easily change gears up, e.g. from 3th to 4th, while driving. Shifting down is a bit more tricky. Best acceleration is between 2000 RPM and 4000 RPM. I think i maxed out the capabilities of the leaf inverter.

Very nice installation!
I'm curious how you did with the integration of the dcdc .
Did you connect it after the contactors and are you activating it with some delay to handle the precharge for the contactors?

The DCDC is activated by the same relay that switches the high voltage positive relay. It's not possible to run it over the precharge relay as it draws too many amps.

Beautiful video! Beautiful car!
I especially love the use of the start/stop button. :) Is that the original or a replacement? I may steal that idea :P
