Are you programming over wifi or SWD? I only need to reset/power cycle after an SWD flash. I wouldn't classify that as a problem unless I'm not understanding your situation.

SWD programming this is happening at all times.
If I turn gen2 charger off and get it back on power led ok on but no blinking LED. Must reset button so that the led can start blinking wifi ok and updates well.

Should led start blinking when powered on?

Yes. During charge and otherwise.

If you’re having to press reset on every power cycle that doesn’t sound right, but not something I’ve seen anyone ever have a problem with.

Did you get your own pcb made for the charger as well?

I think I know what's going on I didn't install the bootloader. Do you have to install a bootloader on this too. Is this possible? 🤔

Is there an update for the commercial firmware?
The instruction didn't say nothing about any bootloader.

It absolutely says plenty about a boot loader file.

No, the loader should be telling where to jump to on application startup. The reset button causes a jump to a reset vector, which is likely why it runs if you press the button.

Got it working now blinking when powered up. the problem was not the bootloader it had the bootloader installed. I just jumped BOOT0 to ground on my board V5 had jumper pins for Boot0 and Boot1.
When I hooked up the ST-Link it started Blinking but when It was hook up to the 12V input at the Charger it didn't blink so I set the Boot0 to Ground and it started to blink.
I then powered off and installed my Wimos D1 Mini WIFI set Parameters and charger started charging.
Thanks to all for your input

Tick little boxes next to the parameters which you want to see in gauges and then press show gauges. If no parameters are selected no gauges will show as it does not know what you want to see and it does not show all parameters in gauges by default.
